Connecting the Mission with Place

The LSC Theatre Renovation and Master Planning share the primary goal of connecting our mission with a sense of place. Our facility, which is nearly 50 years old, is in need of renovation to better serve students, staff, faculty, and visitors to campus. The program for expansion focuses growth in student diversity programs, multi-use rooms and ballrooms, social activities, and the theatre. And we want to do it sustainably by reducing our carbon footprint, creating views of the mountains, and improving natural areas around the facility.

  • Estimated annual principal and interest payment of $360,000 to $370,000
  • No Student Fee Increase
