This year the Aspen Grille is excited to continue our green efforts through our support of local and sustainable producers. One of our new partners, Harvest Farms, is located just north of us, in Wellington. Part of the Denver Rescue Mission, Harvest Farms offers rehabilitation, to those in need, through farming. Many of our daily menu items include the fruits of their labor.
The Aspen Grille menu also offers meats provided by Colorado's Best Beef, breads crafted by the Aspen Baking Company, desserts from Fort Collins-based I d'Eclair! pastry, and "socially conscious" coffee roasted by Cafe Richesse, a Colorado State University Alumnus-owned company.
The Aspen Grille is a student-operated restaurant located in the University Club, on the upper level of the Student Center, Rm 388. The Aspen Grille is open to the public, for lunch, Tuesday through Friday during the academic year (Sept - Dec & Feb - May).
From all the students, instructors, and the entire Hospitality Management Program we want to thank you all for your continued support of the student-run Aspen Grille Restaurant.
We are happy to accommodate reservations, in the Aspen Grille dining room. For groups larger than 6, please speak directly with an instructor.

Although the Aspen Grille is an upscale restaurant it is, first and foremost, a classroom. All positions are staffed by students who rotate, each week, through each of the employee service and kitchen positions, as well as the position of manager. This allows the class to view each role in a functioning restaurant; the challenge and opportunities that may arise in each role and the benefits that each position provides to overall operations.

The Aspen Grille is open Tuesday through Friday and we accept reservation requests online. Upon receiving your request, an instructor will respond within 48 hours Tuesday through Friday by phone and to confirm if we can schedule your reservation. If we cannot honor your request, we will let you know.
This is a reservation request only. Once your reservation has been confirmed we will hold your table. If you wish to change or cancel your reservation, please call us during operating hours at 491-7006 to let us know.
