This year the Aspen Grille is excited to continue our green efforts through our support of local and sustainable producers. One of our new partners, Harvest Farms, is located just north of us, in Wellington. Part of the Denver Rescue Mission, Harvest Farms offers rehabilitation, to those in need, through farming. Many of our daily menu items include the fruits of their labor.
The Aspen Grille menu also offers several meats provided by Colorado State University's own Meat Sciences department,breads crafted by the Aspen Baking Company and "socially conscious" coffee roasted by Cafe Richesse, a Colorado State University Alumnus-owned company.
The Aspen Grille is a student-operated restaurant located in the University Club, on the upper level of the Student Center. The Aspen Grille is open to the public, for lunch, Tuesday through Friday during the academic year.

Cost: $12.00 plus a 15% service charge and tax.
* The above special three-course menus will include a non-alcoholic beverage. Our regular menu will not be served on these days, however, we will provide a vegetarian option.
We are happy to accommodate reservations, in the Aspen Grille dining room. For groups larger than 6, please speak directly with an instructor.
When available, private luncheons can be held in the LaPorte room for groups of 9-14 guests. Please click on the Private Luncheons link for all the details.
Although the Aspen Grille is a fine-dining restaurant it is, first and foremost, a classroom. All positions are staffed by students who rotate, each week, through each of the employee service and kitchen positions, as well as the position of manager. This allows the class to view each role in a functioning restaurant; the challenge and opportunities that may arise in each role and the benefits that each position provides to overall operations.
