Selling your event tickets through the Campus Box Office
As a service to your customers, we accept Visa, MasterCard and cash as payment for tickets. In addition to convenience for your customers, the Campus Box Office offers reasonable prices to you.
The Campus Box Office is proud to offer E-ticketing for all events. Instead of being torn at the door, tickets can be scanned using our ticket scanners. E-tickets can be sent to your customers’ email and customers can print at home. This increases the convenience and efficiency of the ticket buying process; furthermore it helps alleviate long lines at your events. If you wish to use E-ticketing, keep in mind that at least two of our staff members will be operating these scanners at your event for a charge of $8/hr/staff member.
The Campus Box Office does not charge a flat rate for our ticketing services. Instead, fees are collected based on the number of tickets you actually sell, the price of your ticket, and whether you are a CSU affiliated group or community group. For specific ticket fees please contact the Box Office Manager at (970) 491-5402, so we may provide you with the ticketing fees that are appropriate for your group.
Other Box Office Services
Ticketed events will be closed in the box office system and a payment to the client of total revenue minus fees for Campus Box Office services will be generated within 14 business days following the date of the event. Clients with CSU accounts that accept revenue will receive funds via electronic transfer (CJE). Clients without CSU accounts will receive funds via CSU check. If any event (ticketed or non) fails to generate sufficient revenue to cover the costs of Campus Box Office services, an invoice will be generated and mailed to the event contact within 7 days following the date of the event or final payment. Payment is due in full no later than thirty (30) days thereafter. The client is responsible for all Campus Box Office fees due regardless of income generated by the event.
Will not be given unless requested by you and arranged through the Campus Box Office Manager. Ticketing fees are still assessed, even if refunds are given.
Please remember the following when advertising your tickets for sale through the Campus Box Office. Refer to all ticket outlets as Campus Box Office. The phone number to call for tickets is 970-491-4TIX (4849). Our website for online sales is www.csutix.com.
Please DO NOT advertise tickets sales through the Campus Box Office until you have met with a manager and completed the necessary paperwork to set up your event. Failure to comply with this will result in an additional fee.
