Additional Information
E-Ticketing
The Campus Box Office is proud to offer E-ticketing for all events. Instead of being torn at the door, tickets are scanned using our new ticket scanners. E-tickets can be sent to your customers’ email and customers can print at home. This increases the convenience and efficiency of the ticket buying process; furthermore it helps alleviate long lines at your events. If you wish to use E-ticketing, keep in mind that at least two of our staff members will be operating these scanners at your event for a charge of $8/hr/staff member.
Billing Information
Ticketed events will be closed in the box office system and a payment to the client of total revenue minus fees for Campus Box Office services will be generated within 14 business days following the date of the event. Clients with CSU accounts that accept revenue will receive funds via electronic transfer (CJE). Clients without CSU accounts will receive funds via CSU check. If any event (ticketed or non) fails to generate sufficient revenue to cover the costs of Campus Box Office services, an invoice will be generated and mailed to the event contact within 7 days following the date of the event or final payment. Payment is due in full no later than thirty (30) days thereafter. The client is responsible for all Campus Box Office fees due regardless of income generated by the event.
Ticket refunds
Will not be given unless requested by you and arranged through the Campus Box Office Manager. There will be a fee assessed if refunds are given.
Ticket Counts
Your event contact, unless otherwise noted, can receive an up-to-date ticket count from the Campus Box Office manager.
Complimentary Tickets
If it is your desire to offer complimentary tickets to your special guests, a complete list of those people must be provided to the Campus Box Office manager, through email, in the form of a word document before tickets can go on sale. If this complimentary ticket list is not provided in advance of the on-sale date, an additional fee will be charged.

Please remember the following when advertising your tickets for sale through the Campus Box Office. Refer to all ticket outlets as Campus Box Office. The phone number to call for tickets is 970-491-4TIX (4849). Our website for online sales is www.csutix.com.
Please DO NOT advertise tickets sales through the Campus Box Office until you have met with a manager and completed the necessary paperwork to set up your event. Failure to comply with this will result in an additional fee.
