Campus Information supplies information about campus and community events, contact information for students, faculty, staff and campus offices, provides a convenient mail drop, and much much more!
Tickets are now available for purchase at the the box office located at the information desk. Please refer to the Box Office Website for ticket hours, information and box office contact information.
The Campus Information Desk II is located in the transit center directly across from Cam's Lobby Shop. Although the main Info Desk will be closed for renovation, Info Desk II will remain open in order to provide assistance to our students and guests.

Where is the Cashier's Office?
The Cashier's Office is located on the main level of the Lory Student Center in room 118.
Where do I get my student ID?
Go to the RAMcard Office located in the bottom level of the Lory Student Center near Subway.
Where is the Registrar's Office?
The Registrar’s Office is located in Centennial Hall south of the Oval off of East Drive.
Where is the Financial Aid Office?
The Financial Aid Office, also known as Student Financial Services, is located in Centennial Hall south of the Oval off of East Drive.
Where is the Admissions Office?
The Admissions Office is located in Ammons Hall on the north side of the Oval off of Howes St.
How do I Repeat/Delete a course?
You will need to pick up a form from the Registrar’s Office in Centennial Hall to complete a repeat/delete.
How do I Add/Drop a course?
Log on to your RAMweb account using your eID and password. Click on registration and choose the appropriate semester.
How can I reserve a room in the Lory Student Center?
Contact the Event Planning Office at (970) 491-0229 on the top floor of the Lory Student Center.
Where can I get help if my computer is not working?
Contact RAMtech at (970) 491-7625 located on the main level of the Lory Student Center by 1st National Bank.
How do I access the wireless internet on campus if I am a visitor?
Go to RAMtech located on the main level of the Lory Student Center and request a visitor ID and password.
Lost and Found
We operate the Campus lost and found through the main info desk. Items are held up to a month after they are received. Items not claimed are donated after a month. Please stop by and claim your items.
Poster Run
We can help promote your event, service, or organization by displaying your poster in 25 locations in various academic buildings and residence halls across campus. Posters must be 11”x17” or smaller. Cost is $30 per week. You may reserve a maximum of 2 consecutive weeks at a time.. We are currently taking Spring 2013 reservations. Fall reservations begin at the end of the Spring semester. Cash, checks, and IMOs are acceptable forms of payments.

Newspaper Racks
You can reserve racks for on and off-campus publications for one fiscal year beginning July 1st. Bins are located in the Lory Student Center in the main lobby, by ASCSU, and by the Bookstore.

Refunds
Campus information provides refunds up to $3 per semester for money lost in all Coke Co. and vending machines across campus.
Bike Rental
We no longer offer the Bike Rental service at our desk. You may continue to rent from the Fort Collins Bike Library at the Downtown location. You can find more information at the Fort Collins Bike Library website. Recycled Cycles also rents bikes out just outside of the Student Center. For prices on their rentals, please contact them at 970-491-4555.
The iBox invites outside offices, teams, and organizations to experience what it is like to work at the iBox, and have a chance to advertise their services. Offices can work between the hours of 10am-2pm on various days. If your organization or office is interested in "Working at the iBox" please contact Abby Muse at lsc_campusinfomanager@mail.colostate.edu.
CSUPD makes their appearance every Wednesday at the iBox. Come "Ask CSUPD"? any questions that you have!
