Use of Lory Dining Service Kitchen

"With the adoption of modern food safety and public health prevention practices and in abiding by the Colorado Retail Food Rules and Regulations and Food Protection and Defense Requirements, Lory Dining Services no longer permits student and/or outside groups to prepare, cook and/or store food or beverages in any LSC kitchen facility.”

Our goal is to provide our consumers the assurances of food safety they seek and strengthen food safety protection by applying all preventive controls and safety standards.

Authorized Personnel

Colorado Retail Food Rules and Regulations states – “Only persons necessary to the operation and maintenance of the retail food establishment shall be allowed in food preparation, food storage, food equipment storage, and ware washing areas”.
