Lance Wright
The Director of Campus Activities. Lance provides support and leadership for the Campus Activities staff members and programs. Lance’s partner is DeeDee and they have a son named Jared. He started working in Campus Activities during the summer of 2007 ane before that spent 6 years in several different positions in the Illini Union at the University of Illinois-Urbana. He received his Master’s degree from the SAHE program in 2001 and has a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from the University of Kansas.
Mary Branton-Housley
Assistant Director for Campus Activities, works primarily with ASAP, the CSU’s premier student programming board. Earning her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Arkansas, Mary came to CSU in 2003 to pursue her master’s degree in Student Affairs in Higher Education (SAHE). Mary has been in her current position for 3 years.
Dolan Doss
Dolan comes from Denver Colorado. He came to the LSC 15 years ago and can often be seen at your door everyday delivering your mail. Dolan works for the information desk in the LSC. His passions include, waterskiing, jumping on trampolines, and attending concerts where the Grateful Dead and Willie Nelson perform. Dolan is most excited about his engagement to his girlfriend, Hannah.
Dan Balski
Dan is a second-year graduate student pursuing a Masters degree in Student Affairs in Higher Education (SAHE). He serves as an advisor for ASAP, and this is his second year in the position. Dan also serves as the SAHE Graduate Assistant as well as Graduate Advisor to TKE fraternity. Originally from Ohio, he recieved a Bachelor's in Theater from Balswin-Wallace College. Prior to attending CSU, Dan worked for his undergrad for a year as an Admissions Counselor, then spent two years as an Area Coordinator at Hendrix College in Arkansas.
Vanita (Vani) Narayana
Assistant Director of Campus Activities. Vani created the Diversity and Social Justice programs of Campus Activities and also oversees the LSC Arts Program. She began her work in Campus Activities on September 4th, 2007 and and has five years of experience in Multicultural Affairs at Carleton College and Colorado College and two years in Admissions at St. Olaf College. She received her Master of Arts degree in Leadership in Student Affairs from the University of St. Thomas in May of 2007. Her Bachelor's degree is from Colorado College with a major in Psychology. Vani and her partner, Justin, live in Fort Collins with their son Lennon, and their two dogs Honey B and lo.
Helen Kang
Helen is a first year graduate student pursuing a Masters in Student Affairs in Higher Education. As a graduate assistant for Campus Activities, Helen enjoys working with students to create programs that promote inclusivity, social justice, and multicultural awareness. Originally from California, she recieved her Bachelor's degree in English from Cal State Fullerton. When not working, Helen spends time reading, exploring the lovely outdoors, and watching international films.
Bethel Nathan
CSU has been Bethel's home since the summer of 2007. "B" as she prefers to be called comes to CSU from Boston, MA where she obtained her bachelors and masters as well as worked at several universities. She curretnly oversees the IBOX(information desk and box office) in the LSC as well as spreading her wings in other committees and retreats on campus. When not working, B can always be found with friends or simply engaging in conversation with someone as she believes people come into our lives for a reason; and you don't know someone's story until you take time to get to know them. Add a card game to the mix; and life could not get any better.
Nick Croghan
After my youth spent in the woods of Kentucky; either rock climbing or sailing along the Ohio River, I went south to Murray State near the Land between the Lakes. There, I received a BFA in painting and drawing. After graduating, I spent a summer in the New Mexico backcountry working as a climbing guide/instructor. My next stops included teaching art to 1st graders through high schoolers in Utah and obtaining a masters in drawing. In August 2009, I decided to move to Fort Collins to pursue a Masters of Fine Arts. I currently serve as the graduate assistant working with the Arts program.
Erin VanDenburgh
Erin is a first year graduate student pursuing a Masters degree in Student Affairs in Higher Education. Erin is proud to serve in her role as an advisor for ASAP's Films and Special events committees; as well as the co-programming grant committee, CollaborASAP. She recieved her undergraduate degree in Urban and Environmental Policy and Cultural Anthropology from Occidental College in Los Angeles, CA. Originally from Phoenix, AZ, Erin looks forward to to expereiencing the four seasons of Colorado.
Victoria Tenorio
A native of Fort Collins, Victoria comes from a family of 10. She has one son who provided her with the twinkle in her eyes, her grand daughter. Victoria has given CSU 15 years of service working most recently in Campus Activities serving as the Flea Market Coordinator. When she has time, Victoria engages in hobbies such as camping, mountain driving, reading, sewing, and enjoying a good home cooked breakfast.
