"The Club" On Campus!

The University Club (U-Club) welcomes faculty, staff, retirees and alumni with an inviting atmosphere for networking, socializing, and conducting business. The Club offers members a continental breakfast Monday - Friday, Thursday afternoon Happy Hour, and a variety of social functions, live entertainment, receptions, and other special events. Additionally, the club can be reserved by members for weddings, receptions, dinners, parties, and other special occasions.

The next University Club Open House is May 3rd, from 4 to 6 p.m. Our last Open House was a huge it. Thank you! To get a better idea of how many to expect we request that you RSVP to the event.

What is the University Club Open House?
The University Open House is an opportunity for the University Club to showcase its new environment while also showcasing some of its traditional aspects as well. It is an event where those who are invited can come and enjoy an evening of relaxation with their peers.

Who can attend?
All faculty and staff of CSU are welcome to attend with an optional guest!

Is this for University Club Members only?
The Open House is not a member exclusive event; it is open to all who receive an invitation. If you would like to set an Open House for your specific group or college please contact Keva Bold at keva.abold@colostate.edu.

Why RSVP?
It is required to RSVP because spaces are limited; there is a 140-person cap for each event.

How often does University Club do this?
Spring semester of 2012 there will be one each in April and May. Beginning fall semester of 2012 the Open Houses will occur on the second Thursday of every month during regular Uclub hours unless otherwise notified.

What is Thursday Night Live Open House?
It's an event hosted by the University Club as part of CSU's commitment to campus campaign. Where you can socialize, relax, enjoy complimentary appetizers and partake in happy hour.

What is the purpose of the Open House?
The purpose is to promote the University Club and showcase all of its benefits to faculty and staff who want to become members, while also providing opportunities to interact with campus and company partners.

How do I join the University Club?
Visit to www.sc.colostate.edu/join-the-club.aspx and fill out the form. Allow 2 -5 days for approval.

What is the University Club?
It's a place to socialize, conduct business and network. A nice space other than your office where you can come and enjoy yourself. You can also interact with your peers you may not get to see often in a relaxed environment.

Where is the University Club Located?
The club is located in the NW corner of LSC on the second floor, in front of to the Aspen Grille and next to the Cherokee parker room.

Can I bring a Guest?
Absolutely an invited faculty or staff can have one guest join them for the evening.

What does the University Club offer?
Members can enjoy an extended continental breakfast Monday through Friday from 7:30 to 10:00 am. This breakfast isn't the traditional continental it includes both warm and cool assortments. On Thursday evenings enjoy happy hour with complimentary appetizers from 4 – 6 pm.
